Seema Tendolkar

Seema Tendolkar is an accomplished litigator and problem-solver with over 20 years of experience. Her practice focuses on employment and commercial matters. She represents a wide range of clients, including large public and private companies, small businesses, and high-net-worth individuals, in matters pending in state court, federal court, and arbitration. Seema’s practice encompasses employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, non-competition agreements, and other restrictive covenants. She also has extensive experience litigating commercial disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Seema develops efficient, effective, and creative strategies to help her clients achieve their goals. She has significant experience in e-discovery, including technology assisted review (TAR), and obtained a highly publicized award shifting over $800,000 of her client’s e-discovery costs to the opposing party.

Seema is also a trusted advisor and counselor to her clients. She regularly conducts complex confidential internal investigations and advises clients on compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws, risk management, personnel matters, and various HR initiatives.

Seema is practical and judicious in her approach to preventing, managing, litigating, and resolving disputes. Prior to joining Arcadi Jackson, Seema was the General Counsel of a legal technology start-up, a partner at a Dallas-based litigation boutique, and an associate at two global law firms.

Seema is involved in community activities throughout Dallas. She is a current member and the former President and VP of Philanthropy of the National Charity League, Heart of Dallas Chapter. She also is on the Board of Directors for HP Arts. She also volunteers on behalf of the Highlander Band.
